long time no see

Wow! I can't believe how long it's been since I've posted on my blog. Life has been crazy this past month. I am working outside of the home again. Since Will has gone back to school, we needed some extra income so I started job hunting. Since we can't afford daycare and I really wouldn't want to put Murphy into a daycare anyway, I got a job at at retail store stocking shelves at night. Yep! I'm working graveyard and it is not fun. Some days I barely get more than 2 hours of sleep at a time. Even on my days off when I can sleep for a whole 8 hours I still feel exhausted. I don't think I will ever get used to working graveyard but this is something I have to do for the family so I'm doing it. Plus, I know it won't be for long. There is light at the end of the tunnel.

So, that is the main reason why I haven't been blogging lately. When I am home, I just don't feel like doing anything but lying on the couch. Which also brings me to the realization that Christmas is in 14 days! Yikes. These last two months have flown by. I feel like I am scrambling to keep up. I've probably only taken a handful of photos in the past two months. I can't believe how fast Murphy is growing. He is already 17 months old! Wow! Konnor has his first loose tooth on the bottom row. I think he will lose it any day now. Time is flying and I feel like I haven't been able to stop and enjoy any of it. I have a few days off so hopefully, I will be able to catch up on some sleep and enjoy the little things.

In the mean time, I can't have a blog post without a photo or two.

This photo was taken about a week ago. I caught the kids cuddling on the couch in the morning while watching Sesame Street. Made my heart melt. I love how much they love each other.

 This photo was taken today. Every time I ask Murphy to "cheese" for the camera, this is the look I get from him. He is hilarious.
